NNCC’s target region of northern Columbia County will include the TOWNS of:

•    Austerlitz
•    Canaan
•    Chatham
•    Ghent
•    Kinderhook
•    New Lebanon
•    Stuyvesant

However, we are flexible and are willing to help any of the neighboring regions.

This 250 square mile area, which is home to approximately 7,500 people over age 60, is mostly rural, with limited to no public transportation, isolated residences, and the need to travel between 15-25 miles to reach a hospital.
