Maria Cosenza will conduct a cooking class utilizing simple inexpensive sauces that can be used on fish, meat or pasta.  The sauces will include a Lemon sauce, a Pesto sauce and a Puttanesca.

 

Maria comes from a long line of Italian Chefs.  Her family owned and operated Italian Restaurants in New York City and later in Catskill NY.
