All new members and volunteers are required to have an initial orientation to better understand the fundamentals of how our organization works.

 

This is a small group gathering aimed primarily at members and volunteers who have recently joined NNCC, but it can also be a refresher for current members and volunteers.  

 

Topics covered include a brief history of our organization, the types of services we provide, our code of ethics, how to set up your password and log into the website, how to enter a service request and how to volunteer for a service request (and what to expect as a member and/or volunteer), as well as an overview of the various social events and group activities we offer and how to sign up for those events.  

 

We will answer any questions and, if needed, walk you through the computer procedures hands on.
