Establishing a daily and weekly practice will lead to your success.  There are 18 simple exercises that you can incorporate into your home practice.  This class practices standing stretches and dumbbell resistance exercises.  The floor exercises are demonstrated and participation is optional.  The instructor assesses each person and provides modifications, if needed. All equipment is provided. This class is offered monthly, the first Monday of the month.
