If we are fortunate, we continue to age. However, in this session you will also learn to “sage.” If we “sage,” we can find purpose and deep meaning in our later years and pass along a legacy of our synthesized wisdom. In this highly interactive program, you will be encouraged to grow and thrive as an elder as you consider multiple ways in which you may harvest and share your well-earned wisdom.

 

Audrey Seidman, of Albany, is certified as a Sage-ing Mentor®. She is also a spiritual director and a volunteer interfaith chaplain at Albany Medical Center. Audrey has offered workshops, keynote addresses and other presentations for AARP, the Albany Guardian Society, Schoharie County Office for the Aging, and congregations.
